ABout you just finding Asian dramas a year ago, I'd say: "Hey, it's fun we found this amazing thing at this point in our lives and it's nice that it made us converge in the internet." I mean, I definitely think now it's easier to find them since they're more visible in platforms like netflix, for example.
I don't remember seeing them in the front page in the top views?? I remember when I was in highschool it wasn't easy to find anime, for example. Only peers with cable could watch some of them, but for the shows that were not available there, we had to rely on pirated copies the comic book store could get. Now I have Viki, iQIYI, WeTV, GagaOOlala, YouTube, even... there are so many different places to watch all these shows now that don't need hours and hours of searching and torrenting (for most of them at least).
And yes, when I saw Park Eu-bin in The King's Affection I was very surprised. I haven't seen other dramas with her, tho.
